Built in 1975, the first building is located in the Dorobanti neighborhood, near I.L. Caragiale highschool. Offered at 2.8 million euros, the property has an underground floor, a ground floor, 3 mezzanines and 3 upper floors and has an area of 2,982 square meters and a plot of 1,384 square meters.
With a requested price of 1.98 million euros, the second building is located in the 13 Septembrie district, opposite JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel. The surface of the building is about 3,100 square meters, with a 1,096 square meters plot.
Telekom also sold a building in Teiul Doamnei 35A street, offered by the company at a price of 700,000 euros. The commercial property consists of land of an area of  1,155 square meters and a building with a height of two upper floors plus a terrace, with a ground footprint of 430 square meters and a built area of 1,606 square meters.
Recently, Telekom Romania has sold Forte Partners, a local real estate developer, for nearly 4 million euros, a plot of land downtown Bucharest, where a Class A office building is intended for development. 
In April 2015, Telekom Romania Communications puts on sale a package of 24 real estate assets in Bucharest and other cities in Romania. The entire package covers 46,500 square meters, and its starting price was EUR 26,3 million. (Source: profit.ro)
