The land includes two plots, 24,786 sqm and 1,053 sqm respectively, with an opening of about 120 meters to Lake Floreasca. The land was put up for sale earlier this year on the site dedicated to the real estate properties of the Telekom Romania Group, available for sale and rent.
The auction was launched in February 2018, with a starting price of 13.9 million euros, excluding VAT. Under the transaction, One United Properties was represented by broker Alexander Boff.
In September 2017, Telekom Romania also sold 1,700 square meters of land, located in the center of Bucharest, between Ion Câmpineanu Street and Matei Millo Street, to Forte Partners. (source: revistabiz.ro)
