The first phase of the project includes 107 apartments – an investment of EUR 7.3 million. The complex will include 12 buildings with over 1,200 units and a park with sports facilities on 6,300 sq. m. The land’s area is 61,000 sq. m.

The complex in Timisoara is designed in Urban Village style, which the company has used for the projects in Bucharest and Arad.
In the project Adora Urban Village from the south-western Bucharest – a complex including 12 buildings with 548 units – Tagor, together with Patron Capital, invested EUR 34.4 million.
Tagor investments in Romania reached EUR 250 million at completion. The company is owned and managed by Ofer Lieberson, which started his activity in Romania in 2004. Tagor is the operational partner in Romania of Patron Capital, a British real estate investment fund un fond, with assets of more than 5 billion dollars.
