Ringier also owns the job portal eJobs and several print and online media products.
The US investment fund Broadhurst has a share of 60.6% in Realmedia Network whereas the rest is owned by media group’s founders. Götz Kurt, Adrian Erimescu, Ciprian Gheran, and Laurentiu Andrei have stakes of 5-13%. (source: Romania-insider.com)
