Suceava’s Local Council to sell Adrem 5 ha land for the construction of a thermal plant
Local Council in Suceava will sell to Adrem Invest the land, as the financing bank requested that the developer should also be the owner of the land where the thermal power plant will constructed.
Ion Lungu, the Mayor of the city, announced that he will call an extraordinary session of the Council in order to approve the selling of the 5 ha land to Adrem, which had a concession for the land of the EUR 80 million investment.
Lungu showed that Raiffesisen Bank, the financer of the investment requested that Adrem Invest should be the owner of the land for the credit of EUR 62 million to be approved. (source: zf.ro)
