Stradale, which employs 20 staff, is designed using the same industrial line of other locations, and is created for young people interested in technology and new methods to spend their free time, a statement by the restaurant’s representatives says.

„When we opened the first Stradale in Bucharest we hoped that the world will fall în love with the street food concept and I am glad to see every day more and more people that are thrilled by this current. Stradale Oregon has the opportunity of a special location and we are looking forward to grow the community of street food aficionados,” Chef Foa said in a statement.
