The office building is developed through the company Ibiza Golf Light and will have a rentable area of 2,000 sqm. The completion of the building situated on Calea Calarasilor is scheduled for the first quarter of 2014, and the total value of the project is estimated at approx. EUR 3 million.

In order to obtain the EU grants, the real estate developers should attract as tenants the small and medium companies willing to develop and create new jobs.

„We estimate to have between 20 and 30 tenants in the building, which is currently at the stage of systems works, leveling and we soon prepare for windows mounting.
