The company will develop the complex on the former Electrotehnica platform. The buildings will have between 2 and 16 floors, reports local Ziarul Financiar.
The prices for apartments start from EUR 55,600, VAT included, and they can be bought in design phase from the end of the year. The first apartments will be completed in October next year.
The Gran Via Park complex will also include 20-floor office buildings.
