Mahu is the former head of Property Management Department of DTZ Echinox.

He will coordinate the leasing, property and facility management activities of Promenada mall starting April 2015.

With an extended experience in property management, Mahu held position such as centre manager, up to coordinator of property management departments. Within DTZ Echinox, Mahu coordinated a department made of 28 persons in the entire country.

NEPI took over Promenada mall, developed by Raiffeisen Evolution, in the end of last year. The mall is situated on 246B Calea Floreasca, near the metro station Aurel Vlaicu. NEPI intends to expand with more than 60 pct. the mall area. (source: dailybusiness.ro)
