According to data of the National Bank of Romania, of the total FDI inflow in the first semester, the paid-up share capital (including the net estimated reinvested profit) amounted to 943 million euro and intra-group loans stood at 716 million euro (net).

Thus, in June, investments made by non-residents in Romania accounted for 372 million euro, the second highest monthly amount registered since the beginning of this year. The highest investment value this year was registered in March, namely 376 million euro.

On the opposite side, the month with the scarcest investments this year was February, with a volume of only 110 million euro. (source: nineoclock.ro)
