Besides that, it will also expand its current hospital MedLife Brasov with 18 beds. The hospital now has 82 beds and three surgery rooms.

The two projects are the result of a EUR 1.3 million investment and cover an area of 1,300 sqm.

The new clinic is located in the railway station area, on the plot of a former Lidl store, and has a team of 95 doctors and support staff. The new lab will have four departments, namely biochemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology.

MedLife entered the Brasov market seven years ago, after taking over a local firm PDR Brasov. The company currently has a hospital, a maternity, three clinics, six medical centers, four laboratories and its own pharmacy. (source: nineoclock.ro)
