Romania’s GDP rose by 3.8% in the last three months of last year compared to the same period in 2014. Its growth was surpassed only by Sweden (4.5%), the Czech Republic and Slovakia, both with a 4% increase.

 

Greece was the only country in the EU that recorded a drop of 0.8%.

 

The GDP rose by 1.6% year-on-year in the euro zone, whereas the economy increased by 1.9% in the European Union. (Source: Romania-insider.com)
