Unirii View is located on Corneliu Coposu Boulevard, just five minutes away from Unirii Square, and it will have 19 floors, including the ground floor, 17 floors for office space and a top floor with a technical role to which will be added a generous shared underground parking on three levels.

The project, scheduled for completion in the summer of 2018, will have a leasable area of approximately 17,500 squares, with a height that will reach 73 meters.
Red Bull was assisted in the deal by Avision Young real estate consultant.
Approximately 25% of the building's surface (4,000 square meters) was leased by NTT Data Romania, a software solutions and services provider, which will move its headquarters in Bucharest to Unirii area, being the first large-scale company in the field IT & C who chooses to rent offices in a central area of Bucharest.
