In September were registered 68,420 real estate transactions in the entire country, increasing with 849 compared to the previous month and with 7,682 compared to August 2012.

The most real estate transactions registered in September were in Bucharest – 5,387, Ilfov – 4,309 and Arad – 3,679. The fewest were registered in Teleorman – 488, Bistrita-Nasaud – 493 and Covasna – 607, according to the National Agency of Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity.

In the first nine months of 2013, most of the real estate transactions were registered in Bucharest – 42,931, Timis – 36,304 and Arad – 31,620 the fewest being registered in Teleorman – 3,632, Bistrita-Nasaud – 4,714 and Gorj- 6,069. (source: wall-street.ro)
