The South-African fund New Europe Property Investments (NEPI), the owner of commercial centres and office buildings evaluated at over EUR 480 million, mostly situated in Romania, has reached the Bucharest Stock evaluation of over EUR 1 billion, following a 50% increase of its shares since the beginning of the year.
