Gaiță was hired last year by the businessman Ion Rădulea for the development of a new phase of the real estate project Sema Parc, situated on the plot of the former Semănătoarea factory in Bucharest. He occupied previously the position of head of Turkish developer Anchor Grup.

Portico Invest also owns in Romania a small commercial centre in Oradea and the space rented to Lidl store in Crângași area.
