“Over the month of May, the companies Kärcher, First Stop and Alfa Computer will open stores in H-Park, to be joined later by the door and door-frame seller Sapeli, the floor-covering company KPP, and Pet Center. One unit has been reserved. It is expected to open in October,” said Martin Kubín, a member of the retail warehouse team at C&W. “At the moment, approximately 90 percent of the total floor space has been pre-leased.”

The first phase of the park offers 4,400 sqm of retail space, suitable for DIY or garden equipment sellers. Construction of the 2,800 sqm phase two should start later this year. (source: cijjournal.com)
