PwC will occupy a quarter of the project, which has already begun its construction. PWC has offices in the Lakeview building in the Barbu Vacarescu area, owned by NEPI Rockcastle, but the company will move after signing the contract in Ana Tower at the end of next year or early 2020, depending on when the tower is completed.
After PwC's departure, which is among the largest tenants of The Lakeview, nearly a third of the 25,600 square-metres building will remain vacant.
The Ana Tower construction involves an estimated investment of about 50 million euros, also funded by a 38 million euro credit from CEC Bank, signed for 15 years. (source: profit.ro)
