Raiffeisen Evolution, a real estate developer with Raiffeisen Austrian bank as main shareholder will open by the end of October a new mall in Bucharest, Promenada project in Floreasca area, a project who targets mainly the 70,000 employees of the companies with headquarters in Northern Bucharest. The mall implies an investment of approx. EUR 135 million, EUR 100 million being already invested in the project, as the construction works are 75% finalized. Approx. 90% of the rentable area of 38,000 sq. m was already leased by retailers such Peek & Cloppenburg, Inditex, H&M, C&A, Billa or Flanco, and the developers estimations indicate approx. 30,000 visitors traffic during the week. „We strongly bet on a heavy traffic from Monday to Friday, when we expect for approx. 30,000 people every day.
