The company, with 25 years of operations in the local market, has developed J8 Office Park to the highest ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards, which consider environmental, social, and corporate governance factors. These high standards are recognised at industry level, with J8 Office Park winning the 2022 Aiming for Net Zero Building of the Year award at the CEEQA Awards.
