The new facility attracted by Papalekas’s company comes on the background where Globalworth could finance with this money either the construction of the office tower Bucharest One, situated near Aurel Vlaicu metro station in Bucharest, either for the payment of an office building within Green Court project, purchased from Sweden’s Skanska last autumn, also situated in the area Barbu Văcărescu-Floreasca.
