Greek Ioannis Papalekas, one of the most active real estate investors in Bucharest in the last years is in negotiations with the businessman Ovidiu Buluc for the acquisitions of 26,000 sq. m land in Pipera, a lot where the Farmexim warehouses were placed until in the beginning of this year.
