For the four commercial centres branded Iulius Mall the revenues growth was 3%, while the mall of Palas Iasi project, opened in 2012, has generated revenues of EUR 6.2 million, even if the cinema in the complex wasn’t inaugurated yet.

„For 2013 we estimate a total turnover of the group of approx. EUR 62 million“, estimate the representatives of the company owned by Iulian Dascălu, entrepreneur considered „the king of malls” due to almost 250,000 sqm of commercial centres in his portfolio.

The real estate portfolio of Iulian Dascălu is evaluated at approx. EUR 675 million, while the bank loans used for the development of these projects exceeded half a billion euros. (source: zf.ro)
