The project now offers more than 1,300 apartments, 260 of which were delivered this year, following a €7m investment. The scheme also includes a Carrefour supermarket, a kindergarten, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, three outdoor pools, a fitness center, outdoor basketball courts and tennis courts as well as numerous playgrounds for children.

Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania was appointed exclusive agent of the project earlier this year. Prices range from €32,000 for a 52 sqm studio to €74,500 for a three-room, 116 sqm apartments. (source: cijjournal.com)
