Olga Melihov will be in charge with the current activities management, as well as the implementation of the development strategy in Romania. The new country manager has 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector in Central and Eastern Europe.
Her previous work includes companies such as Seracom International Group Russia, where she has developed the local branch of the company, as well as Mayland Real Estate, where she was in charge with the development and marketing of the operations in Poland and Romania.
Olga Melihov has graduated from the Bucharest University and holds a Professional Certificate in Management awarded by The Open University UK and Codecs Romania.
The position was previously held by Edit Vesser, which has recently joined the EuroEnergy team as Country Manager for Romania and previously by Ioana Momiceanu, currently Head of Asset Management of Adval Asset Management, the company in charge with the management of Dinu Patriciu’s former properties.
