Premio Exclusive City Center will include 32 apartments and 46 parking places in two buildings of eight and six floors. The project is built on 13 Luca Stroici St., near the University Square, according to Nusco data.
The first residential project of the Italian group, Pantelimon Residential Park, addressing the average segment of the market, has recently received the construction permit. The complex will include four buildings of 11 floors each, according to the City Hall.
Grupul Nusco sold last year the office building Nusco Tower, near the metro station Aurel Vlaicu in Bucharest, to Globalworth, controlled by Ioannis Papalekas, following a transaction evaluated at EUR 46 million.The Nusco family bought the entire industrial platform Pipera.
