Colliers International Romania is the first agency in the country with a team of WELL specialists, to coordinate the building certification process for Buildings 2 and 3 of the Campus 6 project developed by Skanska.

Campus 6 is the new office complex developed in the Center-West area of Bucharest, near the Polytechnic University. The total leasable area of 81,000 square meters includes four Class A buildings. The project aims to provide a unique experience to all tenants who increasingly focus on the well-being of employees so that they can work in an environment that best suits the needs their.
