Alexandra Dimofte is the new manager of the Investments division. She started the activity in the real estate field in 1996. From the residential sector to the office sector she occupied in 2004 the position head of office division within Eurisko, becoming managing partner 3 years later. In 2008, she took over the position of head of Capital Markets within CBRE.
Alexandra Dimofte was involved in the transaction of Iris Shopping Center , valuing EUR 147 million, bought by DEGI in a process started in 2008 and completed in 2009. Other transactions she was involved in are: the first project built to suit in Romania, the Canadian Embassy in Romania, the first project of sell and lease back in Romania, including 18 Raiffeisen Bank units to Avrig 35; and more than 40,000 sqm office spaces rented to clients such as Generali, Alpha Bank, P&G.
The second appointment in The Advisers/Knight Frank’s management is Ioana Simion, as head of research. She is an evaluator since 2006. She was hired by Colliers International in studies and researches department, followed by a senior position in valuations department of DTZ Echinox. Along her career, she participated in assets valuation of more than EUR 3 billion.
