The offer will take place on the three markets where NEPI is listed, the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (South Africa), on the AIM segment of London Stock Exchange and on Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The preference rights could be traded on stock in the period 9-12th of July, so the shareholders not willing to buy actions in the operation ran by NEPI could sell the rights to other investors.
The shares in the offer will be sold at EUR 4.8/title, and the results of the operation will be announced on 29th of July.
NEPI is the first investment fund listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange, on the market segment created for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
The fund, one of the most active investors on the local market in the last years, owns assets over EUR 600 million in Romania, including the office buildings The Lakeview and Floreasca Business Park in Bucharest and City Business Center in Timişoara, as well as Ploieşti Shopping City and Promenada Brăila, but also a series of plots for the development of commercial centres.
