With an area of approx. 29,000 sq. m, City Park Mall was delivered in 2008, following EUR 70 million investment, its tenants include Cora, Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Koton, LC Waikiki, Mango and Domo.
The transaction represents the second large exit of Neocity on the Romanian market, following the pioneering –transaction of sale the office buildings Neocity Tower I and II in Bucharest Business District.
