The company started this year the construction of the first phase of the project Onix Rezidence with approx. 150 units to be delivered in May last year. All 456 units will be completed in the next 2-3 years.
The prices of the apartments range from EUR 35,000 to EUR 82,000, with areas between 30 sq. m and 70 sq. m.
The project will also include facilities such as supermarket, kindergarten and fitness club.
