With his office in Prague, he has a team of over 30 capital markets experts in Central and Eastern Europe that provides services to local and international clients who are interested in selling or buying real estate in the region.
His responsibilities will include setting up a global strategy for the development of JLL's capital markets in Central and Eastern Europe and the Czech Republic, together with local and regional teams.
Mike Atwell has an experience of more than 30 years in international real estate consulting. He joins JLL after five years in the CBRE, where he has held the position of Head of International Capital Markets France over the last two years.
Previously, he was, for three years, the Head of Capital Markets for Central and Eastern Europe. Mike Atwell held leading positions at Cushman and Wakefield, occupying the position of general manager of operations in the Middle East and Head of Capital Markets for Central and Eastern Europe.
