The project by the French developer Bouygues Immobilier is reportedly the biggest office scheme on the Polish market to secure a BREEAM Excellent rating. Miasteczko Orange had previously obtained a Very Good rating during its design stage in October 2011. The project serves as the headquarters for the telecom company Orange Group.

The owner of the project is Qatar Holding, a subsidiary of Qatar Investment Authority. Located on Aleje Jerozolimskie street in downtown Warsaw, the project offers 45,000 sqm in five 6-story buildings. (source: cijjournal.com)
