Therefore, the number of companies looking for offices has increased from 699 in the first term of 2012 to 810 in the first term of 2013.
The office request for the first term totalized 275,782 sqm, compared to 252,796 sqm in the similar period of last year. The first six months of this year has registered the biggest growth since 2011. Esop did not mentioned the office area subject to transactions in the first term.
