The main shareholders of the unit are Dobrogea Grup, with 46.4% of the shares and  Overseas Grup Impex, with 39.7%.

In the beginning of this year, the milling and baking industry producer Dobrogea became insolvent. Overseas also have in its portfolio Baneasa baking producer.

After the activity closing, the equipment would be sold, the building demolished and the land with almost 36,000 sqm area would be parcelled in nine plots and sold. Accoring to the data from the Ministry of Finances, Lujerul reported in 2011 a turnover of EUR 7.4 million and a profit of EUR 350,000. (source: zf.ro)
