The position was created to coordinate the company’s expansion in Romania as a result of signing the contract to buy one of the largest logistics parks in the country, from CA Immobilien.

She will lead the new acquisitions’ integration in the P3 portfolio, as well as expand activities in Romania through new developments and acquisitions.

Stoltz will also “increase the P3 team in a market with huge potential, due to the increased importance Romania has in Europe in terms of supply chain activities,” said Peter Becar, P3 Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe, cited by local Ziarul Financiar.
