After two years in which they were deprived of direct interactions with colleagues and affected by the lack of separation of personal time from that allocated to professional activity, 62% of Romanian candidates said in the latest poll conducted on the recruitment platform BestJobs that they would choose to work at the office or at least in hybrid format, while 38% would prefer exclusively remote.
Currently, 48% of employees say they work from their offices, 42% exclusively remotely, and 10% in a hybrid format. Even if they return to office work as a rule, 24% of employees say that the possibility of working remotely is a benefit to consider when negotiating their employment contract.
When evaluating a new job, only 7% of candidates still consider that working exclusively in the office would be a compromise that they should do, while 14% said that it would be more difficult to accept a job position involving exclusively remote work.
