Boutique Food Hall will include 1,000 square metres, being the third venue of Boutique brand, developed by the entrepreneur Radu Stoica. The brand is designed for office buildings and it is present in the ground floor of Excelsior Center office building under the name of Boutique du Pain and in the ground floor of AFI Park 2 building under the name of Boutique du Pain Junior.
Boutique Food Hall will be opened in September 2017, upon the completion of The Bridge office project. The building includes a total rentable area of 57,000 square metres in an emerging office district situated in western Bucharest. The first phase of the project will be delivered this autumn, covering a rentable area exceeding 36,000 square metres.
The restaurant concept will be adjusted to the dimensions of the office project, being seven times larger than Boutique du Pain in Academiei St. It is designed to function as a cafe in the morning, in the afternoon the entire Food Hall will be opened and in the evening will function as an American restaurant-bar, according to Radu Stoica, shareholder and General Manager Boutique du Pain.
Boutique Food Hall will be able to serve lunch for 500 persons. The Food Hall concept is a mix of different culinary palettes under the same roof, such as burgers, pizza and salads, as well as Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. (source: constructiv.ro)
