Le Palais office building is located on the corner of Próżna Street and Grzybowski Square in Warsaw's city centre. The property provides approximately 6,665 sqm of prime grade A office accommodation with ground floor retail, and has attracted tenants such as Ipopema, Stewart Title, Schoenherr and the Austrian Cultural Forum. Polish branches of IVG and Warimpex also occupy space within the building.

This development involved the reconstruction and refurbishment of historic buildings, along with their extension and expansion through new build construction. Warimpex worked closely with the conservator and city authorities to deliver this exceptionally unique and culturally important property.

Le Palais is the fifth acquisition of the IVG Warsaw Fund, following on from Ujazdowskie 10, N21, Mlodziejowski Palace and Norway House. It is as well the ninth transaction for IVG in Warsaw in the last 3 years.
