The project is part of a larger scale development plan of the area in the proximity of Iulius Mall Cluj, including the construction of a new office building and the park designed on nearly 10,000 sqm. The works for the green area will start this spring and will last for approximately one year. Iulius Group will add “green value” to a new office project in Cluj
Iulian Dascalu, the owner of Iulius Group, has finalized the plan for the green area in the neighbourhood of West Lake from Cluj-Napoca, part of a Eur 12 mil. project, including the construction of an office building.
