"The complex, named Cartier Armonia, addresses especially the expats and the managers from the multinational companies in Timisoara, and the investment totalize EUR 25 million, representing at the same time the first major investment in residential sector in Timisoara since the beginning of the crises by now", shows a release of the developer.

The units have built areas between 218 sqm and 365 sqm and garden up to 1,100 sqm.

Apart residential, the complex will also include a commercial area and a private club.

The construction of the first phase, with 27 units has already started and will be delivered in the first part of 2014, in less than 12 months. The development of the entire project will be completed in maximum 4 years.
