The relocation, scheduled for this August, will be done to the L1 building, the first building of the second phase of the project, which totalizes more than 30,000 sq. m of A class offices.
The company intends to reach 100,000 sq. m in the next ten years.
The second phase of Coresi Business Park includes three office buildings, with the L1 building being scheduled for delivery in April. Apart from iQuest, tenants will also include Tata Technologies, occupying an area of 3,300 sq. m.
Coresi Business Park is a business centre developed on the former industrial platform Tractorul in Braşov, on an area of 12 hectares. The first phase of the project includes nearly 25,000 sq. m, is fully let and has tenants such as Raiffeisen Bank, IBM and Computer Generated Solutions. (source: zf.ro)
