The number represents 7.5% from the total group’s revenues from rents. The operational results reached EUR 28 million and represents 5.2% from the total operational incomes of Immofinanz Group.

Assets in Romania represent 9.6% from the total portfolio of the company. The group owns in Romania 88 properties (17 finalized investments, 11 ongoing and 60 projects) with a value of more than EUR 1 billion (EUR 654.6 million – finalized investments, EUR 38.4 million – projects in construction and EUR 308.7 million – projects that are still analyzed).

The current investments portfolio includes nine office buildings (13.4% of the total office buildings portfolio), 5 retail assets (9% of the entire portfolio) and 3 logistic centres (3% of the entire logistic portfolio).

Among the office buildings owned by Immofinanz in Romania there are North Center and Iride Business Park, both in Bucharest. Iride Business Park is the biggest business park in Bucharest, totalizing an area of 93,000 sqm, also offering warehouse and retail spaces.
