The opening of the commercial centre is scheduled for the first quarter of 2015.
Immochan bought in April 2012 approx. 100 ha from the former industrial platform Tractorul, where an integrated complex of commercial, residential and services spaces will be developed.
Coresi commercial centre will include an entertainment area on 6,000 sq. m, with multiplex cinema with eight theatres and a food-court, an Auchan store with a selling area of 13,300 sq. m and a commercial gallery on 32,000 sq. m rentable area as well as a stores area with international and local brands.
On November 7th, Auchan Romania opened in Braşov the second store redesigned under the brand and trade of Auchan, from the series of the 20 Real stores taken over from Metro group. (source: zf.ro)
