Therefore, the 40,000 square meters of office will be integrated to the project, with more than 2,500 employees from 30 national and international companies.
The project was developed by Ascenta Management, a local company controlled by Jacobs Holdings AG.
By the ambitious master plan of regenerating a former industrial platform, with the mix of activities combined into a unique place through its size and geography, Coresi Cartier becomes an emblematic project for the new Immochan vision.
"I am very pleased with the investment made over the past five years in Coresi Business Park and the fact that we helped create the largest technology and business centre in Brasov, a headquarter for many prestigious national and international companies and a job for more than 2,500 people in Brasov. I continue to see Romania as an attractive country for investment, both in real estate and other sectors, such as the medical sector", says Philippe Jacobs, co-chair of Jacobs Holdings AG, the seller and the developer of Coresi Business Park.
For the construction of the residential component, the company partnered with another developer, Avantgarden Immo Invest.
Coresi Business Park consists of four renovated buildings from former industrial halls and three new buildings built over the last two years according to Class A office standards. The complex, located in the immediate vicinity of a public park and Brasov railway station, is served by facilities such as public transport, parking, a restaurant and will be connected directly to the Coresi Shopping Resort and the Coresi Avantgarden Residential complex through a pedestrian and bicycle road.
The office project covers an area of about 15 hectares and has a total development potential of 100,000 sqm GLA over a 10-year span. (Source: businessmagazin.ro)
