The Bridge office project is situated in Orhideea, one of the emerging office districts of Bucharest, situated in the west of the city.
The first building within the project, including 36,000 square metres, is thus fully let to IBM and BCR, while the ground floor will be occupied by the Boutique Food Hall, the largest restaurant in an office building in Bucharest, with an area of more than 1,000 sqm.
The rented area will be hosting nearly 5,000 employees.
The Bridge is the first office building in Orhideea area to be delivered in September this year. This delivery will be followed by Orhideea Towers of CA Immo and Bucharest Business Garden of Vastint in 2018.
There are several office projects announced in the area of the metro station Grozavesti (Orhideea, Basarab Bridge), totalling nearly 200,000 square metres.
Forte Partners completed last year its office project Ştefan cel Mare, near the metro station with the same name, evaluated at EUR 19.5 million, while the first building within The Bridge is evaluated at EUR 80.5 million.
Ştefan cel Mare Office Building is currently fully let. Last month also started the construction for the second phase of The Bridge project, representing an office building with 20,000 sqm rentable area. (source: zf.ro)
