Financial group UNI-ASIA Holdings, headquartered in Hong Kong, took over at the end of May the real estate project Silver Mountain in Poiana Braşov, developed through the company INR Management Real Estate by the businessman Dan Fischer, deceased last summer.

UNI-ASIA has entirely bought the project from the businessman family and intends to reposition the development, currently including 200 apartments and the development of another 1,000 units, as well as of a hotel with nearly 200 rooms.

The investors considers there is no longer market for this type of residential and would like to develop a hotel with 800 rooms with a golf course around (also scheduled in the initial plan), as well as other recreational facilities.

In order to accomplish this investment, UNI-ASIA tries to persuade the financing bank BCR to accept an adjustment of the loan contract signed in 2009, through which Dan Fischer’s company accessed EUR 68.7 million credit and 21 million lei.  (source: zf.ro)
