The residential complex Vivenda developed by Hercesa in Bucharest included by far only units on big areas, for a price over EUR 70,000.

„We are starting in the spring of next year the third phase of Vivenda Residencias project. We are currently working at the units design, establishing the areas; we intend to draw out an attractive product. We want to develop 120 units whose final price to stay below EUR 38,000, including VAT. To also be part of New House project.  “, said Mauricio Mesa Gomez, country manager within Hercesa.
