Representatives of GG Sky Imobiliare Invest were present at the MIPIM real estate fair, which took place on 13-16 March in Cannes, looking for partners to develop the project worth over 900 million euros.

Green Satellite would be built on a 26-hectare plot next to the American School in Voluntari, Tiberiu Florescu, an architect and member of the City Council's Technical Urbanism Commission, told ECONOMICA.NET.

On the plot there are development possibilities for 200,000 sq m of retail space, 100,000 sqm of office space, 600,000 square meters for residential; 40,000 sqm for medical services, spa, sports halls, swimming pools, kindergartens, public services; 20,000 sqm of green spaces; 40,000 sqm of space for leisure; a boulevard of 20,000 sqm.
