The park, similar to the company’s project in Turda, will be built on 96 ha, the investment being of approximately EUR 200 million, this number representing the costs of Turda project, announced by the developer. Graells & Llonch started last spring the construction works for the industrial park in Turda, Cluj county, in partnership with Europa Capital investment fund, on 545,000 sqm. The project will have 70 buildings. The company has developed another industrial park in Prejmer, Brasov county, built on 839,000sqm. The project has currently 65% occupation rate. Graells&Llonch to develop a new logistic park in Agigea
The Spanish developer will start this year the works for their third logistic and industrial park in Romania, in partnership with Chayton Capital.
